Gypsy Wind's luxury island home is outfitted with world-class amenities and a gourmet kitchen that will meet the standards of the most discerning cook. The highlight of the kitchen are the Viking appliances which include a gas range top, a side-by-side fridge/freezer, a microwave, a conventional oven, and a warming oven. On the bar island, a commercial-grade ice maker, dishwasher, and wine/beverage fridge for easy access to plenty of cold drinks and adult beverages.

In keeping with the culinary requirements of a properly outfitted chef's kitchen, the home has a large selection of Vollrath and Choice restaurant-grade frying pans, pots, a carbon steel paella pan, and every conceivable utensil and prep tool. The home is also equipped with two options for coffee: Keurig K-Duo Coffee Maker, Single Serve, and 12-Cup Carafe Drip Coffee Brewer or Philips 3200 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine w/ LatteGo.

No meal is complete without the presentation and you will find an assortment of ceramic bowls, serving plates, and appetizer dishes for the perfect table setting.

The Tiki Bar and downstairs eating area has its own grilling and serving items so you never need to bring anything downstairs for poolside meals. A large refrigerator/freezer allows guests to store all food and beverages for grilling and cocktails.

A second Samsung washer/dryer is perfect for towels and bathing suits and has an ozone generator that means you can clean your clothes with NO DETERGENT. Yes, that is correct no soap and cold water wash your clothes as well as detergent and warm water.

The dishwasher downstairs handles all bar and pool meals. The Tiki bar has a margarita maker, a commercial blender, and great non-glass cocktail glasses. A new ice machine that produces over 300 lbs per day is in the pool area and can be used for filling the yeti coolers for your fishing trips or to keep all of your drinks chilled.
